Program Management
Having a skilled group of personnel at our fingertips that are able to successfully implement and executive a variety of different government programs and missions, LCJ Logistics & Management, LLC is equipped to handle various types of program management opportunities. We will provide timely initiation of support through our past & present experiences. Our strategy & process is threefold: (1) Obtain the best qualified personnel as indicated by their technical expertise and the requirements as outlined in our clients; scope of work, (2) assume full accountability for ongoing tasks and any new tasks by executive leadership of LCJ Logistics & Management, LLC and assigned COR and (3) execute the required work as stated in the scope of work to its fullest satisfaction. Our team will require no special training in reporting or other contractual requirements and is able to immediately assume all duties upon contract award. The LCJ Logistics & Management team is experienced in working directly with CO Teams, understands the requirements for confidentiality and non-disclosure, clearly understands the importance of proper representation of the government/ contractor relationship, as well as the necessity for ensuring transparency, and maintaining close coordination and with government management from award notification and transition-in through contract transition-out to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Our contract management, business services, and resource management are always top of mind.
